ATTACHMENT 10 <br />Planning Commission: <br />Regarding: PUD-64 / 4238 First Street-Workshop Session <br />We would like to receive feedback from the Commission regarding the proposed <br />development project that would include constructing a new detached garage with a <br />second dwelling unit above it and construct four single-family homes on the rear <br />vacant portion of the lot located at 4238 First Street. The following are a few of <br />the things that we would specifically like the Commission to provide feedback on; <br />Should the single-family homes be attached or detached? <br />The new detached garage would be used for the existing single-family <br />residence. Would it be appropriate to have a bonus room or a second <br />dwelling unit above the garage? <br />Is the architectural preference for the proposed homes Craftsman style? <br />Staff has outlined the rest of our questions in the workshop staff report for your <br />consideration.
