~Z <br />( 4 <br />regarding: 4238 First Strut <br />? am writing this note in strong support of the infill project at 4238 First <br />Street. As a longtime citizen of Pleasanton and a resident of the downtown, I <br />am well aware of the overdue improvements needed in this area of our town. <br />Infill housing has been a major contributing factor in the success of our <br />downtown revitalization over the past twenty years. This project will provide <br />quality additional housing near downtown.
