Exhibit B <br />Compensation for <br />Landscape and Gateway Improvement Project at the Hopyard Road and I-580 Interchange <br />December 19, 2007 <br />C. REIMBURSABLE SUBCONSULTANTS: <br />Subconsultants to Tanaka Design Group are included in the fees stated above. Professional service fees <br />of authorized subconsultants of the project will be reimbursed at cost plus 10% for coordination and <br />processing. <br />D. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: <br />Additional Services requested by the Client that are beyond the scope of services listed above will be on <br />an hourly basis at the rates as listed below, and will be billed as Additional Services not included in the <br />above maximum fee. Examples of additional services are attending meetings requested by the Client that <br />exceed the quantity of meetings proposed, preparing and submitting drawings and documents more often <br />than what is proposed, or revising drawings due to changing schedule or budgets. These services will not <br />be pertormed without prior approval by the Client. <br />If the established construction budget or schedule changes significantly, or after the various documents or <br />products prepared by Tanaka Design Group have been approved, the Client makes a decision which, for <br />its proper execution involves Additional Services and expenses for changes in or additions to the <br />documents or products, or if the Landscape Architect be put to labor or expenses by delays caused by <br />the Client, his client, his agents, the Contractor, or by the delinquency or insolvency of either, or as a <br />result of damage by fire or other casualty, the Client shall compensate the Landscape Architect for such <br />Additional Services and expenses in accordance with the paragraphs above. <br />HOURLY BILLING RATES: <br />^ Principal $ 120 per hour <br />^ Project Manager $ 105 per hour <br />^ AutoCad Job Captain $ 90 per hour <br />^ Administrative/Clerical $ 50 per hour <br />Existing Information <br />The Client will furnish the Landscape Architect with any plans of the site showing existing or proposed <br />information and architectural items, including recently prepared topographic survey map, plumbing, <br />electrical, grading, drainage, irrigation, and mechanical plans, and property lines. <br />End of Exhibit B <br />Tanaka Design Group Page 2 <br />
