<br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />Wednesday, October 10, 2007 <br /> <br />(Staff has reviewed the proposed changes against the recorded proceedings <br />and confirms that these Minutes are accurate.) <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of October 10, 2007, was called to order at 7:01 p.m. by <br />Chairperson Fox. <br /> <br /> <br />1.ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Julie Harryman, AssistantCity <br />Attorney; Wes Jost, Development Services Manager; and Cory <br />Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Arne Olson, Kathy Narum, <br />and Jennifer Pearce. <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox noted that a letter and a speaker card had been received regarding approval of <br />the September 26, 2007 Minutes. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br /> <br />Dennis Long, 3651 Manchester Street, stated that he wished to make a correction to page 16 of <br />the September 26, 2007 Minutes and noted that it was Mr. Morgan who spoke during the <br />re-opening of the public hearing rather than him.
