EXHIBIT B <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PAP-115 (PAUP-4), Jennifer Hosterman <br />2922 Chardonnay Drive <br />January 15, 2008 <br />1. The keeping of the hawk at 2922 Chardonnay Drive shall be substantially as <br />shown on the site plans, Exhibit A, dated "Received October 2, 2006," and <br />application description on file with the Planning Department, except as modified <br />by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject <br />to the approval of the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance <br />to the approved exhibits. <br />2. All Conditions of Approval of PUD-88-03 shall remain in full force and effect. <br />3. If keeping of the hawk results in conflicts pertaining to noise, dust, odor, or other <br />factors, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use permit may <br />be submitted to the Planning Commission for their subsequent review. If <br />necessary, the Planning Commission may modify or add conditions of approval <br />to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the conditional use permit approval. <br />4. The applicant shall ensure that the keeping and/or maintenance of the hawk is <br />done in such manner as to cause no damage or hazard to persons or property in <br />the vicinity or to generate offensive noise, dust or odor and shall maintain the <br />area surrounding the mew in a clean and orderly manner at all times. All feces <br />and/or feed shall be disposed of in a sanitary manner. <br />5. The hawk shall not be set loose within the neighborhood, residential, and/or <br />commercial areas. <br />6. The applicant may transport the hawk, may exhibit or display the hawk, and may <br />allow the hawk to hunt so long as these activities are carried out in accordance <br />with all federal and State laws. <br />7. If the applicant wishes to relocate to a new address, the applicant shall secure a <br />new conditional use permit to relocate the hawk prior to occupying the new <br />location. <br />8. The applicant shall obtain and maintain any applicable State and/or federal <br />licensing. <br />9. No more than one hawk shall be allowed to be kept at the subject site. Should <br />additional hawks be desired, the property owner shall secure a new animal use <br />permit. <br />{end} <br />
