Mr. Tassano noted that the General Plan addressed a complete cross-section of roadways <br />throughout the City. He believed that these standards were not significantly different than the <br />standards throughout the City and that they did not preclude bicycle lanes. Commissioner <br />Narum requested the addition of language addressing additional safety provisions for pedestrians <br />and bicyclists.
