PORTION OF OLD BERNAL AVENUE TO BE VACATED All that certain real property situated in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the northwestern line of the Western Pacific Railroad Right of Way with the southern line of Bernal Avenue (60.00 fee in width) as said Western Pacific Railroad and Bernal Avenue are shown on that certain map entitled "Right of Way Record Map Bernal Avenue Realignment" filed October 11, 1965 in Book 43 of Maps at Page 99A, Records of Alameda County, California, thence from said point of Commencement and along said southern line of Bernal Avenue S 89°40'25'' W 155.81 feet, thence S 89°36'55'' W 433.84 feet to the point of beginning of this description, said point of beginning being also the northeast corner of that certain parcel of land as described in the Grant Deed from the City of Pleasanton, a municipal corporation to the County of Alameda, a political subdivision of the State of California, recorded at series number 85-006812 on January 14, 1985, Records of Alameda County, California, thence from said point of beginning and continuing along said southern line of Bernal Avenue S 89°36'55" W 156.62 feet to a point on a non-tangent curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 1554 feet and to which point a radial line bears N 15°35'19'' E, thence leaving said southerly line of Bernal Avenue northwesterly 433.23 feet along said curve through a central angle of 15°58'24" to a point of cusp with a tangent course, said point of cusp being also a point on the northerly line of the aforesaid Bernal Avenue (60.00 feet in width) thence from said point of cusp and along said northerly line of Bernal Avenue N 89°36'55" E 693.80 feet to a point of cusp with a tangent curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 130 feet, thence southwesterly 130.28 feet along said curve through a central angle of 57°25'16'' to the point of beginning of this description.
