CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 87-76 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 3.6 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON BOTH SIDE8 OF OLD DUBLIN CANYON ROAD APPROXIMATELY 3,000 FEET WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF FOOTHILL ROAD AND OLD DUBLIN CANYON ROAD TO THE "A" (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT (RZ-87-1) WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 17, 1987, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning an approximately 3.6 acre site located on both sides of Old Dublin Canyon Road, approximately 3,000 feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon Road to the "A" (Agricultural) District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 21, 1987 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for prezoning an approximately 3.6 acre site located on both sides of Old Dublin Canyon Road, approximately 3,000 feet west of the intersection of loothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon Road to the "A" (Agricultural) District.
