BOx 520 <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566-0802 <br /> <br />Dear Chandler, <br /> <br />This amended scope reflects the changes to GG+A's original <br /> <br />proposal that we agreed upon in our meeting on <br />February 3, 1987. The agreed upon scope will contain two <br />basic components: 1) an estimate of downtown retail poten- <br /> <br />tial by type of store based on an analysis of secondary data, <br />interviews with merchants and their clientele, and evaluation <br />of downtown development in one or more comparable cities; and <br />2) an analysis of the real estate financial feasibility of <br />alternative downtown development prototypes. The primary <br />difference between the current scope and the original one is <br /> <br />the deletion of the proposed household survey. Additionally, <br />we will provide a summary document in a format suitable for a <br />handout to be given to individuals potentially interested in <br /> <br />locating a business or developing retail/commercial space in <br />downtown Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
