CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE DIRECTOR OF <br /> FINANCE DATED FEBRUARY 17, 1987 REGARDING MID-YEAR <br /> BUDGET REVIEW <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 17, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Finance (SR 87: ) <br /> presenting a Mid-Year Budget Review and recommending various <br /> adjustments; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, included in the- report were staff's recommendations for <br /> adjustments to the General Fund, Sewer Fund and Water <br /> Maintenance and Operation Fund as presented in the staff <br /> report; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the report of the Director of Finance, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Amends the 1986-87 fiscal year budget to reflect the <br /> adjustments in the financial status of the General Fund, Sewer <br /> Fund, and Water Maintenance and Operation Fund as presented in the <br /> staff report. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 17, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Mayor Mercer, Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Brandes, <br /> Wilson <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> KENNETH R.
