CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-67 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FOR DECELERATION LANE AND BUS TURNOUT <br /> FROM CROW-SPIEKER-SINGLETON (PARCEL MAP 4964) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a grant deed from <br /> Crow-Spieker-Singleton #112 to the City of Pleasanton, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference, for purposes of a deceleration lane <br /> and a bus turnout; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 17,1987, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities (SR 87:65) indicating that the acceptance of <br /> this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from Crow-Spieker-Singleton #112 to <br /> the City of Pleasanton for a deceleration land and a bus <br /> turnout is hereby accepted and the appropriate City <br /> officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 17, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None NE ~ .~Y <br />ABSTAIN: None . <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KE OR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />A OVED <br /> ~6bonAld, Cit~rn~~ey <br /> <br /> <br />
