CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-99 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AFFIRMING ANNUAL REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT REGARDING HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of the development agreements with <br /> Prudential Insurance Company of American and Callahan <br /> Pentz Properties, an annual review of the progress of <br /> development of the subject project is required to <br /> confirm compliance with the terms of the agreements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has received the required submittals from both <br /> Prudential and Callahan Pentz Properties which <br /> demonstrate the developers' good faith compliance with <br /> the terms and conditions of the Development Agreements <br /> for Hacienda Business Park, Phase I and Phase II; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council finds and determines that the <br /> developers have demonstrated good faith compliance with <br /> their respective Development Agreements for the period <br /> of January 1, 1986 to January 1, 1987. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the draft Certificate of Compliance with <br /> the findings included therein and authorizes the Mayor <br /> to execute that document for recordation. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 17, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None T/H~.~.~MR~ER~,~~yOR <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: J' -- <br /> KEN <br /> <br />J ~ '~alker, Cft~ Clerk ' ~ <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Peker D~ M i <br /> o , y y <br /> <br /> <br />
