Zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) District, Downtown <br />Revitalization District, and Core Area Overlay District. <br />Action Recommended: Delete Condition No. 15.c. regarding the installation of pavers <br />in front of the building; Retain condition No. 72 regarding <br />installation of an automatic fire sprinkler system. <br />Action Taken: The Commission deleted Condition No. 15.c. and retained condition No. <br />72, as recommended by staff. <br />Vote: 5-0. <br />Page2of3 <br />
