f. Clean all on-site storm drains at least twice a year with one cleaning <br />immediately prior to the rainy season. The City may require additional <br />cleanings. <br />g. Regularly but not less than once a month, sweep driveways, sidewalks and <br />paved areas to minimize the accumulation of litter and debris. Corners and <br />hard to reach areas shall be swept manually. Debris from pressure washing <br />shall be trapped and collected to prevent entry into the storm drain system. <br />Wastewater containing any soap, cleaning agent or degreaser shall not be <br />discharged into the storm drain. <br />h. Vegetated swales with grasses shall be mowed and clippings removed on a <br />regular basis. <br />Wording for the agreement shall be submitted to the City Engineer and the City <br />Attorney for review and approval before the recordation of the first final <br />subdivision map. <br />~e~1 <br />22 <br />
