EXHIBIT B CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL PAUP-1, Kristine and Mark Becker 2598 Skimmer Court July 27, 2005 1. The keeping of chickens at 2598 Skimmer Court shall be substantially as shown on the site plans, Exhibit A, dated "Received May 6, 2005," and application description on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance to the approved exhibits. 2. The applicants shall ensure the keeping or maintenance of the chickens be done in such manner as not to cause damage or hazazd to persons or property in the vicinity or to generate offensive noise, dust, or odor. 3. The applicants shall ensure that the premises where the chickens aze kept aze maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times and that all feces are disposed off in a sanitary manner. 4. The chickens must be kept in the enclosed back yard azea at all times. They may be allowed to roam freely in the reaz yazd azea with supervision; the age of the supervisor shall be determined by staff. The chickens shall not be allowed to be set loose within the neighborhood. 5. No roosters shall be allowed to be kept. 6. The use permit is limited to the existing four chickens; a new permit will be required for additional chickens. 7. To attenuate the noise, the applicant shall plant fast-growing hedges azound the coop, the density of which shall be determined by staff. Staff shall establish a mechanism for neighbors to call in their complaints, and the use permit shall come back before the Planning Commission after six months for evaluation and review of any complaints.
