CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 87-93 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A MODIFIED APPLICATION FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT AN AUTOMOBILE RENTAL/SALES FACILITY ON 0.8 ACRES LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF ROSEWOOD DRIVE AND OLD SANTA RITA ROAD (AP-87-1) WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 3, 1987, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for a modified application from C. J. Hinkston for design review approval to construct an automobile rental/sales facility on an approximately 0.8 acre site located at the southeast corner of Rosewood Drive and Old Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 2, 1987 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed design review; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed design review approval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for a modified application from C. J. Hinkston for design review approval to construct an automobile rental/sales facility on an approximately 0.8 acre site located at the southeast corner of Rosewood Drive and Old Santa Rita Road (AP-87-1). Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
