CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY,, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 87-92 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO ALLOWAN INCREASE TO A 48-UNIT PROJECT ON 42 ACRES BY HSC DEVELOPMENT (PUD-82-16-2M) WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 3, 1987, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for a major modification to an approved development plan for a 39-Tnit single-family residential project to allow for an increase to a 48-unit project, to be located on an approximately 42 acre site, located generally on the north side of Crellin Road, opposite the intersection of Rhine Way and Crellin Road; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated February 4, 1987 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed major modification; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed major modification would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for a major modification to an approved development plan for a 39-unit single-family residential project to allow for an increase to a 48-unit project, to be located on an approximately 42 acre site, located generally on the north side of Crellin Road, opposite the intersection of Rhine Way and Crellin Road (PUD-82-16-2M).
