CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-40 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FOR ROSEWOOD DRIVE FROM CALLAHAN <br /> PENTZ PROPERTIES, PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a deed from Callahan-Pentz <br /> Properties, Pleasanton to the City of Pleasanton, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference, for purposes of street right of way for <br /> Rosewood Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 3, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities (SR 87:45) indicating that the acceptance of <br /> this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from Callahan-Pentz Properties, <br /> Pleasanton to the City of Pleasanton for street right of <br /> way for Rosewood Drive is hereby accepted and the <br /> appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 3, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KMNN~H ~'. ~RCER, MAYOR <br /> <br /> y oris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />P~t~' D .' ~acDd~aia~ ~it~' A~orney <br /> <br /> <br />
