CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-38 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- <br /> LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY <br /> AMENDING SECTION 11 REGARDING ONE HOUR PARKING ON THE <br /> SOUTH SIDE OF NEAL STREET ADJACENT TO 450 MAIN STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br /> for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended <br /> Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 3, 1987, the City Council <br /> received and discussed a report (SR 87:43) from the <br /> Director of Public Works and Utilities related to <br /> limiting parking on the south side of Neal Street <br /> adjacent to the 450 Main Street building to one hour <br /> parking; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 to by adding subsection 10n-1 and amending <br /> subsection lln-2; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended <br /> to add subsection 10n-1 to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "10n-1 Neal Street, on the south side of Neal Street <br /> from Main to 113 feet east of Main Street." <br /> <br />Section 2: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended <br /> by changing subsection lln-2 to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "lln-2 Neal Street, on the south side of Neal Street in <br /> front of Hap's Restaurant." <br /> <br /> <br />
