CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-37 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FEES AND CHARGES FOR RECREATIONAL <br /> SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing Fees <br /> and Charges for Various Municipal Services is the <br /> present repository for listing fees and charges for the <br /> City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 3, 1987, the Director of <br /> Parks and Community Services presented a report <br /> (SR 87:55) regarding proposed changes in the fee <br /> schedule for recreational services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the fees and charges schedules as set forth <br /> in the above staff report, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes staff to adjust fees and charges for <br /> services and facilities for up to 20% of the approved <br /> fees and charges without resubmitting the change to the <br /> City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes staff to provide new programs and classes <br /> at a fee based on the cost of service or established <br /> guidelines. Fees for such programs or classes to be <br /> approved by Council within a one year period from <br /> initiation of the class or program. <br /> <br />Section 4: Authorizes the Recreation Supervisors or Director to <br /> continue to enter into contractual agreements for <br /> program services. <br /> <br /> <br />
