PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1560 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF AN ADDITION FILED BY VIC LUND UNDER Z-77-116, WHICH IS LOCATED IN THE C-O (CIVIC OVERLAY) DISTRICT. WHEREAS, Vic Lund has applied for design review approval to construct a 240 sq. ft. addition to an existing building at 164 Main Street; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned O (Office) District and C-O (Civic Overlay) District; and WHEREAS, the C-O District regulations require the City Council to approve the plans of any development within the District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 14, 1977, at which _ time all pertinent maps, drawings, documents and testimony were reviewed by the Planning Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council the approval requested under Z-77-116, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan, floor plan, and wall detail, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That approval of this case is conditioned upon approval of Case V-77-12 and any conditions which may be attached thereto by the Board of Adjustment. 3. That the street number of the building be posted so as to be easily seen from the street at all times, day and night. 4. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened from view with materials architecturally compatible with the main structure. -1-
