PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1560 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF <br />AN ADDITION FILED BY VIC LUND UNDER Z-77-116, WHICH IS <br />LOCATED IN THE C-O (CIVIC OVERLAY) DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, Vic Lund has applied for design review approval to construct <br />a 240 sq. ft. addition to an existing building at 164 Main <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned O (Office) District and C-O (Civic <br />Overlay) District; and <br />WHEREAS, the C-O District regulations require the City Council to <br />approve the plans of any development within the District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 14, 1977, at which <br />_ time all pertinent maps, drawings, documents and testimony <br />were reviewed by the Planning Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council the <br />approval requested under Z-77-116, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, floor plan, and wall detail, Exhibit A, on <br />file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That approval of this case is conditioned upon approval <br />of Case V-77-12 and any conditions which may be attached <br />thereto by the Board of Adjustment. <br />3. That the street number of the building be posted so as <br />to be easily seen from the street at all times, day <br />and night. <br />4. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and <br />any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened <br />from view with materials architecturally compatible <br />with the main structure. <br />-1- <br />
