CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-35 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIM OF MARYANN T. MORAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 20, 1987, the City of Pleasanton received a <br /> claim filed on behalf of MaryAnn T. Moran for injuries <br /> incurred on November 25, 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 3, 1987, the City Council reviewed the claim <br /> and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim of MaryAnn T.
