5. <br />6. <br />That all dwelling units be constructed to meet the <br />P.G.&E. Energy Conservation Home Standards promulgated <br />by P.G.&E. in 1976. <br />That the following water conserving plumbing fixtures <br />be installed in all dwelling units: <br />1. Low flush water closets. <br />2. Shower flow control heads. <br />3. Aerators in interior faucets. <br />4. Insulation of hot water lines. <br />7. That the developer submit a detailed landscape plan <br />showing number, location, size and name of all plants <br />to the Planning Department for approval prior to is- <br />suance of a building permit. <br />8. That the developer install street trees as required <br />per ordinance and that the type of tree be approved <br />by the Director of Engineering Services. <br />9. That any damage to street improvements now existing <br />or done during construction on the subject property be <br />repaired at full expense to the developer. <br />10. That all utilities required to serve this development <br />be installed underground. <br />11. That the street numbers of all buildings be posted in <br />such a manner to be easily read from the street at all <br />times, day and night. <br />12. That all trees used in landscaping be a minimum of 15 <br />gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of 5 gallons. <br />13. That the developer submit a building permit survey and <br />a site development plan in accordance with the Survey <br />Ordinance (Article 3, Chapter 3, Title II) and that <br />these plans be approved by the Director of Engineering <br />Services prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />14. That the site development plan include all information <br />required to design and construct site grading, paving <br />and drainage. <br />15. That the paving sections for the parking and drive areas <br />be designed on the basis of an "R" Value and a Traffic <br />Index to carry the anticipated traffic loads. The <br />design shall be subject to the approval of the Director <br />of Engineering Services. <br />16. The minimum paving section shall be 2" A.C. on 5" A.B. <br />the minimum paving slope shall be 1~. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
