That there be no landscaping in the median on California Avenue but that instead it be a solid median constructed of asphalt and/or concrete. 4. That no filling, compacting or earth moving be undertaken on Lot 7 (consisting of the 63+ acres not presently intended for development) which in any way, shape or form alters the present characteristics of that parcel, until the subdivider submits a grading plan to the City and receives approval of such plan from the Pleasanton Planning Commission. An environmental assessment shall be completed prior to Planning Commission consideration of the grading plan. Prior to filing a final map on any of lots included on the tentative map, subdivider shall enter an agreement, approved by the City Attorney, agreeing to this condition to be recorded and to run with the land. 5. That there be no development of Lot 7 whatsoever without preparation of an environmental assessment. 6. That approval of this map is subject to all conditions listed in the memorandum from the Director of Engineering Services, dated August 8, 1977, attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference and that no final map shall be approved for Tract 3858 until conditions 1-8, 10 and 11 listed in said memorandum have been met. -3-
