and Stanley Boulevard: the intention of this plan is to ensure <br />greater site distance for vehicles entering onto Stanley Boule- <br />vard from California Avenue. <br />3. That there be no landscaping in the median on California Avenue <br />but that instead it be a solid median constructed of asphalt <br />and/or concrete. <br />4. That no filling, compacting or earth moving be undertaken on <br />Lot 7 (consisting of the 63+ acres not presently intended for <br />development) which in any way, shape or form alters the present <br />characteristics of that parcel, until the subdivider submits <br />a grading plan to the City and receives approval of such plan <br />from the Pleasanton Planning Commission. An environmental <br />assessment shall be completed prior to Planning Commission <br />consideration of the grading plan. <br />Prior to filing a final map on any of lots included on the <br />tentative map, subdivider shall enter an agreement, approved <br />by the City Attorney, agreeing to this condition to be <br />recorded and to run with the land. <br />5. That there be no development of Lot 7 whatsoever without <br />preparation of an environmental assessment. <br />6. That approval of this map is subject to all conditions listed <br />in the memorandum from the Director of Engineering Services, <br />dated August 8, 1977, attached hereto and made a part of this <br />case by reference and that no final map shall be approved for <br />Tract 3858 until conditions 1-8, 10 and 11 listed in said <br />memorandum have been met. <br />-3- <br />
