PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1569 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP TRACT #3858, <br />FRANK AUF DER MAUR. <br />WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur has filed for approval of Tentative Map <br />Tract #3858; and <br />WHEREAS, thisemapand all pertinent documentsCoreportsn testimony; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the findings required <br />by Pleasanton Ordinance Code Section 2-2.50 and Government <br />Code Sections 66473.5, 66474 and 66474.6 and made the <br />following findings: <br />a. The proposed map is in conformity with the Pleasanton <br />General Plan; <br />b. That none of the conditions, the finding of which would <br />require the denial of the map, are present in this <br />proposal; and <br />c. There are no waste disposal problems. <br />NOW, THEREFOR, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves Tentative Map Tract 3858, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />Tentative Map Tract 3858 on file with the Planning <br />Department, except that there be a median break in <br />the median on California Avenue adjacent to the <br />driveway to the A & R Service Center. <br />2. That approval of this map is subject to approval by <br />the staff of an intersection plan for the intersection <br />of California Avenue and Stanley Boulevard: the in- <br />tention of this plan is to ensure greater site distance <br />for vehicles entering onto Stanley Boulevard from <br />California Avenue. <br />3. That there be no landscaping in the median on California <br />Avenue but that instead it be a solid median constructed <br />of asphalt and/or concrete. <br />-1- <br />
