PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1572 A RESOLUTION OF .THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON INITIATING REZONING OF THE EXXON CORPORATION PROPERTY ON THE WEST SIDE OF SANTA RTTA ROAD, SOUTH OF THE WESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD TRACKS. WHEREAS, Site Selectors, Inc., Jo Betty Allen and Raymond Young have applied to rezone approximately 1.08 acre of land on the west side of Santa Rita Road south of the Western Pacific Railroad tracks, from C-S (Commercial Service) to the C-C (Central Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, in conjunction with this rezoning request, the staff feels that the approximately .23 acre site of a non-functioning gasoline bulk plant owned by Exxon Corporation presently zoned C-F (Commercial Freeway) District, should be con- sidered along with the rezoning of the other parcels filed for change of zoning under RZ-77-13; and WHEREAS, Exxon Corporation has no objection to their property being rezoned in conjunction with rezoning of those properties under RZ-77-13; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the appli- cation of Site Selectors, Inc., Jo Betty Allen and Raymond Young, on October 12, 1977. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
