PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1572 <br />A RESOLUTION OF .THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON INITIATING REZONING OF THE EXXON <br />CORPORATION PROPERTY ON THE WEST SIDE OF SANTA RTTA <br />ROAD, SOUTH OF THE WESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD TRACKS. <br />WHEREAS, Site Selectors, Inc., Jo Betty Allen and Raymond Young have <br />applied to rezone approximately 1.08 acre of land on the <br />west side of Santa Rita Road south of the Western Pacific <br />Railroad tracks, from C-S (Commercial Service) to the C-C <br />(Central Commercial) District; and <br />WHEREAS, in conjunction with this rezoning request, the staff feels <br />that the approximately .23 acre site of a non-functioning <br />gasoline bulk plant owned by Exxon Corporation presently <br />zoned C-F (Commercial Freeway) District, should be con- <br />sidered along with the rezoning of the other parcels filed <br />for change of zoning under RZ-77-13; and <br />WHEREAS, Exxon Corporation has no objection to their property being <br />rezoned in conjunction with rezoning of those properties <br />under RZ-77-13; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the appli- <br />cation of Site Selectors, Inc., Jo Betty Allen and Raymond <br />Young, on October 12, 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.
