PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1573 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION OF RZ-77-13, AS PETITIONED. WHEREAS, Site Selectors, Inc. Jo Betliedltonrezoneofouroparcelsdof the Planning Commission app land containing about 1.3 acres located at 915, 923 and 929 Santa Rita Road from the C-S (Commercial Service) and C-F (Commercial Freeway) Districts to the C-C (Central Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on October 12, 1977, when all pertinent maps, drawings and documents were reviewed; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after reviewing all available data concluded that the proposed action would be in conformance with the General Plan of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council adoption of RZ-77-13, rezoning the property comprising approximately 1.3 acres of land on the west side of Santa Rita Road south of the Western Pacific Railroad tracksasoline the C-S to the C-C District, and the non-functioning g bulk plant owned by Exxon Corporation, from the C-F to the C-C District. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
