PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1574 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT FOR <br />795 MIRADOR COURT. <br />WHEREAS, Carole Maxson applied for a home occupation permit to conduct <br />piano lessons from 795 Mirador Court; and <br />WHEREAS, the original permit was granted on August 11, 1976, for a <br />maximum of 150 students, not exceeding six students at any <br />one time; and <br />WHEREAS, the permit was granted for one year and that at the end of <br />that time the applicant either cease operation or reapply to <br />the City for extension of the home occupation permit; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant reapplied for retention of the permit and the <br />matter was scheduled for a public hearing on October 12, 1977; <br />and <br />- WHEREAS, at the public hearing on October 12, <br />Commission reviewed the staff report <br />findings and recommendations of the <br />October 12, 1977. <br />1977, the Planning <br />and concurred with the <br />staff report dated <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves Z-77-131, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the maximum number of students taught be limited <br />to 75, and that no more than six students come to the <br />subject property to be taught at any one time. <br />2. That all regulations enumerated in Section 2-10.17, <br />Article 20, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of <br />the City of Pleasanton, be complied with. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 12th day of October, 1977, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Shepherd, Wood, Chairman Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: Secretary Harris <br />
