PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 1574 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT FOR 795 MIRADOR COURT. WHEREAS, Carole Maxson applied for a home occupation permit to conduct piano lessons from 795 Mirador Court; and WHEREAS, the original permit was granted on August 11, 1976, for a maximum of 150 students, not exceeding six students at any one time; and WHEREAS, the permit was granted for one year and that at the end of that time the applicant either cease operation or reapply to the City for extension of the home occupation permit; and WHEREAS, the applicant reapplied for retention of the permit and the matter was scheduled for a public hearing on October 12, 1977; and - WHEREAS, at the public hearing on October 12, Commission reviewed the staff report findings and recommendations of the October 12, 1977. 1977, the Planning and concurred with the staff report dated NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission approves Z-77-131, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the maximum number of students taught be limited to 75, and that no more than six students come to the subject property to be taught at any one time. 2. That all regulations enumerated in Section 2-10.17, Article 20, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, be complied with. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the 12th day of October, 1977, by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Shepherd, Wood, Chairman Butler NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson ABSTAIN: None ATTEST: Secretary Harris
