CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-34 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIM OF MARK HALLIWELL SMITH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 13, 1987, the City of Pleasanton received a <br /> claim filed on behalf of Mark Halliwell Smith for a loss <br /> incurred on May 24, 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 3, 1987, the City Council reviewed the claim <br /> and determined that it should be denied as untimely <br /> filed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim of Mark Halliwell Smith is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 3, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH R.
