CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-33 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 85-261 AND REMOVING <br /> BUS STOPS FOR THE HACIENDA SHUTTLE BUS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 21, 1985, Council adopted <br /> Resolution No. 85-261, establishing bus stops for the <br /> Hacienda lunchtime shuttle at eight locations; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, due to limited ridership, the lunchtime shuttle has been <br /> discontinued and it is appropriate at this time to <br /> remove the bus stop signs and parking limitations; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Resolution No. 85-261 is hereby rescinded and staff <br /> is directed to remove the bus stop signs. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 20, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~ <br /> ATTEST: ~ <br /> <br />~ames R.'~al'ker, City Clerk" <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> Pe~v~~ D.
