19. That silhouette, low-level lighting be provided around <br />the perimeter of all buildings on the subject property.. <br />20. That all buildings be equipped with an alarm system, <br />the type to be approved by the Police Division, that <br />this system shall be installed prior to final building <br />inspection. <br />21. That the site be kept free of fire hazards from the <br />start of construction to final inspection and that the <br />Fire Division emergency number be provided adjacent to <br />all telephones on the site. <br />22. That the following water conserving plumbing fixtures <br />be installed: <br />A. Low flush water closets <br />B. Shower flow control heads <br />C. Aerators in interior faucets <br />D. Insulation of hot water lines <br />23. That the location of the proposed on-site fire hydrant <br />be approved by the Director of Engineering Services <br />prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />24. That approval of the precise driveway locations and <br />whether the northern driveway should be two-way or one- <br />way only, be withheld pending final design review by <br />the City traffic engineer. <br />25. That prior to landscaping, the applicant consult with <br />the City's landscape designer for the possibility of <br />modifying the landscape plan to change the ground <br />cover and Sycamore species shown and to replace the <br />Camphor trees with another type of tree. <br />Section 2.
