19. That silhouette, low-level lighting be provided around the perimeter of all buildings on the subject property.. 20. That all buildings be equipped with an alarm system, the type to be approved by the Police Division, that this system shall be installed prior to final building inspection. 21. That the site be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection and that the Fire Division emergency number be provided adjacent to all telephones on the site. 22. That the following water conserving plumbing fixtures be installed: A. Low flush water closets B. Shower flow control heads C. Aerators in interior faucets D. Insulation of hot water lines 23. That the location of the proposed on-site fire hydrant be approved by the Director of Engineering Services prior to issuance of a building permit. 24. That approval of the precise driveway locations and whether the northern driveway should be two-way or one- way only, be withheld pending final design review by the City traffic engineer. 25. That prior to landscaping, the applicant consult with the City's landscape designer for the possibility of modifying the landscape plan to change the ground cover and Sycamore species shown and to replace the Camphor trees with another type of tree. Section 2.
