PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1589 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL <br />ADOPTION OF GP-77-5, LEE SLAUGHTER. <br />WHEREAS, Lee Slaughter has applied for a general plan amendment which <br />would change the land use designation of a 3.8 acre parcel <br />of land located along the west side of the S.P.R.R., be- <br />ginning at the intersection of Santa Rita Road and the <br />S.P.R.R. (near Sutter Gate Avenue), and extending about <br />1,500 feet south, from "Open Space-Public Health and Safety" <br />to "General and Limited Industrial"; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 9, 1977, at which time <br />all pertinent documents, testimony, maps, reports and draw- <br />ings were reviewed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission received public testimony indicating <br />^ that the use proposed by applicant would be consistent with <br />the General Planned uses east of the S.P.R.R. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />adoption of GP-77-5, as petitioned. <br />Section 2.
