PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 1593 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING UP-77-18, AS PETITIONED. WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for a conditional use permit to allow the expansion of the existing facilities at the Civic Center; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is P (Public and Institutional) and C-O (Civic Overlay) District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 9, 1977, when the Planning Commission reviewed all maps, reports, and testimony regarding this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that: A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is _ in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare or materially injurious to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-77-18, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan, elevations and perspective, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That approval of this case is subject to approval of Case Z-77-164, and all conditions which may be attached thereto by the Planning Commission. 3. That the developer submit a site development plan in accordance with the Survey Ordinance (Article 3, Chapter 3, Title II) and that these plans be approved by the Director of Engineering Services prior to the issuance of a building permit. -1-
