PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1593 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING UP-77-18, AS PETITIONED. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for a conditional use <br />permit to allow the expansion of the existing facilities <br />at the Civic Center; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is P (Public and Institutional) and <br />C-O (Civic Overlay) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 9, 1977, when the <br />Planning Commission reviewed all maps, reports, and testimony <br />regarding this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is <br />_ in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the <br />purposes of the district in which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it would be operated <br />or maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare or materially injurious <br />to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-77-18, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, elevations and perspective, Exhibit A, on <br />file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That approval of this case is subject to approval of <br />Case Z-77-164, and all conditions which may be attached <br />thereto by the Planning Commission. <br />3. That the developer submit a site development plan in <br />accordance with the Survey Ordinance (Article 3, Chapter <br />3, Title II) and that these plans be approved by the <br />Director of Engineering Services prior to the issuance <br />of a building permit. <br />-1- <br />
