- PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 1594 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FINDING CONFORMITY WITH THE GENERAL PLAN FOR CONVEYANCE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF VALLEY AVENUE AND SANTA RITA ROAD. WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton is proposing to convey approximately 2,450 sq, ft. of surplus right-of-way property located on the south side of Valley Avenue just east of Santa Rita Road to Otho Keefe; and WHEREAS, Section 65402(a) of the Government Code of the State of California requires that no real property may be acquired for any public purpose nor may any public property be disposed of until the Planning Commission has reported to the City Council as to the conformity of such actions with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, on November 9, 1977, reviewed the consideration of the City to convey said property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that the conveyance of ap- proximately 2,450 sq. ft. of surplus right-of-way property located on the south side of Valley Avenue just east of Santa Rita Road to Otho Keefe, would be in conformity with the General Plan. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
