_ PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1599 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FILED <br />BY THE CITY OF PLEASANTON UNDER UP-77-22. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has filed for a conditional use permit <br />to construct and operate a sewage effluent pump station <br />located along the west side of the Western Pacific Railroad <br />tracks about 450 feet south of Bernal Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is P (Public and Institutional) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 14, 1977, at which <br />time all maps, drawings, documents and reports were reviewed; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, thy Planning Commission made the following findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is <br />in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the <br />purposes of the district in which the site is located, <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and <br />the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare or be materially injurious to pro- <br />perties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each <br />of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-77-22, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan and elevations, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Division, except that planters be established <br />around the perimeter of the pump building and equipment <br />yard, and that a final landscape plan for the project <br />be submitted to the City ofr approval prior to the <br />construction. <br />- 2. That a site development plan in accordance with the <br />Survey Ordinance (Article 3, Chapter 3, Title II) be <br />submitted for approval and that these plans be approved <br />by the Director of Engineering Services prior to con- <br />struction. <br />-1- <br />
