PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1403 <br />A RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS RESPECTING <br />THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE <br />PROPOSED REZONING OF 354 ACRES OF LAND BY <br />WILLOW WEST, INC. <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report has been prepared <br />(for application RZ-75-4 by Willow West Properties to rezone <br />354 acres of land located between Hopyard Road and the Southern <br />Pacific Railroad tracks; and <br />WHEREAS, the EIR was distributed in final form to the <br />(Planning Commission on March 10, 1976; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning staff has advised the Planning <br />(Commission that the EIR has been properly completed; and <br />WHEREAS, the EIR is an informational document to aid <br />in the decision on the rezoning and to serve as a master EIR <br />useable at future stages of development on said property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the following <br />findings: <br />1. That the EIR has been reviewed and its information <br />considered by this body in making its recommendation; <br />2. That the EIR has been completed in compliance with <br />CEQA and the State Guidelines; <br />3. That the body has determined that the project would <br />not have a significant effect on the environment. <br />4. That the appropriate boundaries for the area affected <br />by the project are as noted in the EIR. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton on the 14th day of April, 1976, by the <br />
