PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1406 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION UP-76-7 <br />EXTENDING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />CITIZENS SAVINGS AND LOAN FOR TWO-YEARS. <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Citizens Savings and Loan <br />Association, received a Conditional Use Permit by Planning <br />Commission Resolution No. 1289 for an interim savings and loan <br />at 300 Main Street on April 10, 1974; and <br />WHEREAS, that permit had a two-year life, which has now <br />expired; and <br />WHEREAS, economic conditions have been such that expansion <br />in the savings and loan industry is not taking place, so that <br />the applicant has not been able to prepare plans for its <br />permanent building; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has requested by application <br />number UP-76-7 a two-year extension of the Conditional Use <br />Permit; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on <br />April 14, 1976 as the extension; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant will submit development plans <br />following feasibility studies and condition 25 of resolution <br />1289 will no longer be applicable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />ANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Application UP-76-7 is approved subject to <br />following conditions: <br />1. That this use permit is granted for a period of <br />two years expiring April 14, 1978, at which time <br />the applicant shall either cease all activities <br />at 300 Main Street or reapply for a new conditional <br />use permit. <br />
