PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1415 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FINDING CONFORMITY <br />WITH THE GENERAL PLAN FOR DEDICATION OF A <br />PORTION OF TANAGER COURT AND AN EASEMENT <br />ALONG ADAMS WAY. <br />WHEREAS, Morrison Homes has offered to dedicate a portion <br />of Tanager Court for a through street; and <br />WHEREAS, Forrest Adams has offered to dedicate a public <br />service easement to the City along a portion of Adams Way; and <br />WHEREAS, said properties are defined as Exhibits A and <br />filed under MS-74-1 and MS-76-4; and <br />WHEREAS, the General Plan designation for Tanager Court <br />is medium density residential and Adams Way is shown as a <br />residential collector street. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton finds that the proposed dedications of a portion of <br />Tanager Court, a one foot strip at the end of Tanager Court and <br />an easement along Adams Way are in conformance with the General <br />Plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton on the 12th day of May, 1976, by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Butler, Doherty, Garrigan, <br />Shepherd and Chairman Wood <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: Secretary Harris <br />.
