CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-28 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE <br /> OF FOOTHILL ROAD ADJACENT TO MOLLER PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 16, 1986, Council created a <br /> 20 foot public service easement along the easterly side <br /> of Foothill Road for the relocation of a PG&E pole line; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to eliminate any confusion in the future as to <br /> the location of the easterly right-of-way line of <br /> Foothill Road adjacent to Moller Park, it is appropriate <br /> the Council establish the right-of-way line <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council hereby establishes the easterly right-of-way <br /> line of Foothill Road as shown on Exhibit "A", attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and <br /> directs staff to record the necessary documents. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 22, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wilson ~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> K N <br /> EN E <br /> <br />Peter D.
