Subdivision of a portion of the Santa Rita Rancho" <br />filed June 20, 1894 in Book 4 of Maps at Page 20, Alameda County Records, <br />and a portion of Rheem Drive as said Avenue and Drive are delineated upon <br />that certain map entitled, 'Tract No. 5248" filed August 6, 1984 in Book 147 <br />of Maps at Pages 26 through 29, Alameda COunty Records, being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the intersection of the eastern right of way line of Oakland <br />Avenue {60.00 feet wide}, and the southern right of way line of Trenery <br />Drive {60.00 feet wide) as shown upon said 'Amended map of Oakland Land and <br />Improvement Co's. Subdivision", said point of beginning being a point in the <br />exterior boundary line of said map of 'Tract No. 5248"; <br /> <br />Thence along said eastern right of way line and exterior boundary line, <br />S 0° 06' 00" E, 360.43 feet to the True Point of Beginning; <br /> <br />Thence continuing along said eastern right of way line and exterior boundary <br />line, S 0° 06' 00" E, 1174.70 feet; <br /> <br />Thence leaving said eastern right of way line and exterior boundary line, <br />southeasterly on the arc of a tangent curve to the left, concave to the <br />northeast, said curve having a radius of 20.00 feet, through a central angle <br />of 90° 00' 00", for an arc length of 31.42 feet to a point in the <br />northerly right of way line of Rheem Drive; <br /> <br />Thence leaving said right of way line, S 89° 54' 00" W, g.
