PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1421 <br />A '?E SOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ROGER COCKSEDGE. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Roger Cocksedge to keep one hen <br />at his home at 4702 Mohr Avenue, has come before this <br />Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single Family) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing on <br />this application, received the staff report and heard <br />all testimony and reviewed all documents, and has made <br />the following findings: <br />A. That the location for the chicken coop as shown <br />on Exhibit A, is far away enough from adjacent <br />properties as to not cause any disturbance and <br />would meet the objectives of this chapter and <br />the purposes of the district in which the site <br />is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />permit and the conditions under which it would be <br />operated or maintained will not be detrimental to <br />the public health, safety or welfare or materially <br />injurious to properties or improvements in the <br />vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. To approve application UP-76-12, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That no more than one hen be kept on the premises <br />at any one time. <br />Section 2.
