PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1423 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RE- <br />COMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION <br />OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT ALLOWING RECORD <br />STORES IN THE C-N (COMMERCIAL NEIGHBORHOOD) <br />DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has initiated an amendment to <br />Section 2-7.08(a) of Article 8, Chapter 2, Title II <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton re- <br />lating to Permitted and Conditional Uses; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held on this matter, a staff <br />report and draft ordinance received and pertinent <br />testimony and documents examined. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. To recommend to the City Council that Section <br />2-7.08a, Article 8, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordin- <br />ance Code of the City of Pleasanton be amended to <br />allow phonograph record stores as a permitted use in <br />the C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District. <br />Section 2.
