PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1424 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1404 FOR WILLOW WEST REZONING APPLI- <br />CATION 75-4. <br />WHEREAS ,the application of Willow West was reviewed and acted <br />upon under Resolution No. 1404 on April 14, 1976, <br />wherein certain stipulations and concerns were <br />indicated; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-111, which <br />defined certain conditions to be adhered to at each <br />development phase; and <br />WHEREAS, this information was transmitted to the Planning <br />Commission for their review on June 9, 1976; and was <br />duly reviewed by them. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION DOES RESOLVE AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approval of modification to originally adopted <br />Resolution No. 1404, by adding the conditions <br />imposed on this rezoning by City Council as follows: <br />1. That each phase of the project as it is presented <br />for consideration by the City be subject to an <br />environmental assessment and where such assess- <br />ment requires that an environmental impact report <br />be prepared, that each such report make specific <br />reference to noise, traffic, sewer, drainage, <br />setbacks, landscaping, lighting and parking, as <br />well as the normal features of an Environmental <br />Impact Report. <br />2. That each Environmental Impact Report prepared for <br />each phase of the project as well as each phase of <br />the project must specifically come back before <br />the City Council for consideration of appropriate <br />mitigation measures necessary to effectuate the <br />Environmental Impact Report prior to the issuance <br />of any permits which would allow the development of <br />the property in question. <br />
