PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1426 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FINDING CONFORMITY <br />WITH THE GENERAL PLAN FOR THE DEDICATION OR <br />ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY. <br />WHEREAS, Government Code Section 65402(a) requires that con- <br />fortuity with the General Plan must be made prior to <br />the acquisition of property by the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following <br />proposed property acquisitions: <br />1. Dedication of public service easements at the <br />northeast corner of Valley Avenue and Hopyard <br />Road . <br />2. Dedication of public service easements at the <br />intersection of Hopyard Road and Valley Trails <br />Drive South. <br />3. Dedication of a public service easement for <br />storm drain line at 475 St. John Street. <br />4. Acquisition of a portion of Peters Avenue <br />between St. John Street and Bernal Avenue. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that the above-listed <br />acquisitions are in conformance with the General Plan. <br />Section 2.
