PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1429 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> REPORT FOR PROPOSED CREEK'S BEND REZONING. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission members received the final <br /> Environmental Impact Report for the proposed Creek's <br /> Bend rezoning from the Planning Department on <br /> June 16, 1976; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on July 14, 1976 in <br /> order to consider the proposed rezoning of Morrison <br /> Homes Creek's Bend project from PUD to R-1-6500; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission received the Environmental <br /> Impact Report and considered its contents in making <br /> its recommendations concerning this project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recognized that the City <br /> Council is the reviewing body for determining the <br /> sufficiency of the Environmental Impact Report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the Environmental Impact Report submitted to <br />the Planning Commission by the planning staff for the <br />proposed Creek's Bend rezoning is sufficient and in <br />accord with the requirements of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act. <br />Section 2. That the proposed development of the site will have <br />a significant adverse effect upon the environment. <br />Section 3. That the boundaries of the area which may be <br />significantly effected are those set forth in <br />Volume 2 of the Environmental Impact Report, Page 21 <br />thru Page 24. <br />
