PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 1429 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR PROPOSED CREEK'S BEND REZONING. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission members received the final Environmental Impact Report for the proposed Creek's Bend rezoning from the Planning Department on June 16, 1976; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on July 14, 1976 in order to consider the proposed rezoning of Morrison Homes Creek's Bend project from PUD to R-1-6500; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission received the Environmental Impact Report and considered its contents in making its recommendations concerning this project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recognized that the City Council is the reviewing body for determining the sufficiency of the Environmental Impact Report. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Environmental Impact Report submitted to the Planning Commission by the planning staff for the proposed Creek's Bend rezoning is sufficient and in accord with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. Section 2. That the proposed development of the site will have a significant adverse effect upon the environment. Section 3. That the boundaries of the area which may be significantly effected are those set forth in Volume 2 of the Environmental Impact Report, Page 21 thru Page 24.
