PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1433 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION Z-76-19 A HOME <br />OCCUPATION PERMIT TO OPERATE A TOW TRUCK SERVICE <br />FROM A RESIDENCE AT 4478 MOHR AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, James Munn, has requested a home <br />occupation permit to operate a 24-hour towing truck <br />service out of his residence at 4478 Mohr Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a hearing on the request) <br />on July 14, 1976, received the staff report, heard <br />testimony and proposed additional conditions to the <br />permit; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed home <br />occupation meets all the requirements of ~2-10.17 <br />(Home Occupations; Required Conditions) of the Pleasanton <br />Ordinance Code. <br />(NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />(Section 1. That application Z-76-19 be approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That no materials, supplies or equipment used in the <br />service be kept at the premises at any time except <br />for one one-ton tow truck. <br />2. That the activities carried out at the subject <br />property in connection with the business be limited <br />to phone use and the dispatching of one one-ton tow <br />truck. <br />3. That no customers come to the property in connection <br />with the business. <br />4. That this application is granted for a period of one <br />year from the date of approval and that at that time <br />the applicant either cease operation or reapply to <br />the City for the extension of the home occupation <br />permit. <br />-1- <br />
