9. That all utilities used to serve this development <br />be installed underground. <br />10. That the developer install street frontage <br />improvements per ordinance to the satisfaction of <br />the Director of Engineering Services. These <br />improvements may include, but are necessarily <br />limited to, grading, water facilities, street <br />lighting, underground utilities and traffic control <br />devices. <br />11. That the developer's contractor obtain an <br />encroachment permit from the City prior to the <br />beginning of construction. That the site be <br />kept free of fire hazards from the start of con- <br />struction to final inspection and that the Fire <br />Division emergency number be provided adjacent <br />to the telephones on the site. <br />12. That the applicant enter into an agreement with <br />the City, approved by the City Attorney, which <br />guarantees that the landscaping included in this <br />project will be maintained in a healthful, <br />attractive and weed-free manner and that all <br />unlandscaped open areas be maintained in a weed- <br />free condition at all times. Said agreement <br />shall be recorded and run with the land for the <br />duration of the existence of the structures <br />located on said property. <br />13. That all parking requirements of the Zoning <br />Code be adhered to. <br />Section 2.
