PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1438 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR VALLEY CHRISTIAN CENTER <br />WHEREAS, Valley Christian Center has applied for a conditional <br />use permit to continue to use the existing classroom <br />building for a school and to locate a modular office <br />structure on the site of St. Augustine's Church at <br />900 E. Angela Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents; and has made the following <br />findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional <br />uses be in accordance with the objectives of <br />this chapter and purposes of the P (Public) <br />District in which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it is to be operated <br />or maintained would not be detrimental to the <br />public health, safety or welfare, or materially <br />injurious to the properties or improvements in <br />the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />INOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approval of this request subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the highest grade in the school be the 8th <br />grade. <br />2. That enrollment in the school not exceed 300 <br />students. <br />
