PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1439 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON GRANTING DESIGN REVIEW AP- <br />PROVAL FOR A RELOCATABLE MODULAR BUILDING <br />AT 900 E. ANGELA STREET. <br />Valley Christian Center has applied for design review <br />approval to locate a modular building in conjunction <br />with existing classroom buildings at St. Augustine's <br />Church site at 900 E. Angela Street; and <br />REAS, zoning for the property is P (Public and Institutional) <br />District; and <br />the Design Review Board continued the hearing scheduled <br />for the Design Review Board meeting on August 11, 1976 <br />to the Planning Commission meeting on August 11, 1976; <br />and <br />the Planning Commission, sitting as the Design Review <br />Board, held a public hearing on this case on August 11, <br />1976, receiving pertinent documents, testimony and maps; <br />and <br />they have made the finding that this application meets <br />the requiremets of Section 2-10.04, Article 19, <br />Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Approved Z-76-130, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the relocatable structure be no larger than <br />10' x 55' and located as shown on the site plan, <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That the structure be located on the site for no <br />longer than a use permit remains in force for the <br />operation of the Christian Center School on the <br />property. <br />3. That approval of this permit is subject to the <br />approval of case UP-76-20 by the Planning Commissi <br />
