PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1442 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />GRANTING THE REQUEST OF MRS. CAROLE MAXSON <br />TO CONDUCT PIANO LESSONS FROM HER HOME AT <br />795 MIRADOR COURT. <br />(WHEREAS, Carole Maxson has applied for a home occupation permit <br />to conduct piano lessons from her home at 795 Mirador <br />Court; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single Family) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on this request has been held, the Planning <br />Commission has reviewed pertinent reports and documents, <br />and taken testimony on the application. <br />(NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />'Section 1. Approved Z-76-131, subject to the following conditions <br />1. That the maximum number of students taught be <br />limited to 150 and that no more than 6 students <br />come to the subject property to be taught at any <br />one time. <br />2. That no motor vehicle traffic be generated in con- <br />nection with the business in excess of the amount <br />normally associated with a residential area. <br />3. That this application be granted for a period of <br />one year from the date of approval and at that time <br />the applicant either cease operation or reapply to <br />the City for extension of the home occupation. <br />4. That except as modified by conditions 1 through <br />3 above, all regulations enumerated in Section <br />2-10.17, Article 20, Chapter 2, Title II of the <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton be com- <br />plied with. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />'ASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 11th day of August, 1976, by the <br />
